One of my favorite things as a teacher is watching the class create a game and all play together at recess.  It brings me such joy to watch them play.  I had to sneak over to the action to capture their fun on video:

Classroom Democracy:  Choosing a Class Pet

Our Classroom Visitor- A look at Ancient Greek Writing

 Top:  Theseus
Bottom:  Grace and Peace (a Greek greeting, much like our "hello")
Mr. Kuhlman shared that Greek is one of the classical languages offered in High School for students who are interested in learning the Greek language.  The students were very excited to hear that they too could one day write and read Greek!

 Greek Mythology: Arache The Weaver
We are reviewing the events of the story and creating our own woven web masterpiece!
