A Great Week of Learning!

We had a FUN (and loud) afternoon of celebrating the summer season!  The ice cream in a baggie was a huge hit, and many asked for the super easy recipe.  One note- I would double bag the ingredients bag and the ice bag :)

Baggie Ice Cream

1/2 cup Half and Half
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine ingredients in a quart size bag.

1/2 cup Ice Cream Salt (or any salt, the larger the granules the better)
Ice- enough to cover the quart size bag.

Combine salt and ice in gallon size bag.

Place the sealed quart size bag inside the gallon size bag and close.  Shake! (approx. 8-10 min).
Serve with plastic spoons.
