Good evening,
It is so hard to believe that after this week we
will be half way through our academic year! If you have not had the
opportunity to sign up for Mid-Year Conferences, please take a few
moments to do so this week. Also, if you cannot find a time that fits
your schedule, please reach out to me and let me know so I can work with
you on a solution!

A few highlights for the week:
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday are all half days!
-No after school clubs on Thursday and Friday (Athenaeum will still be in session).
-No hot lunch served Wednesday-Friday
Thursday: Greek DayMany
thanks to all who signed up to help in some capacity. It is greatly
appreciated! This is always a favorite day for our students! We are
still accepting 1 toilet paper tube and 1 full roll of toilet paper per
student.
Friday:
Greek Mini-Assessment (review sheet will go home on Wednesday!)
Class Pet:
Oh
what fun this democracy lesson has become! We have narrowed it down
through much class discussion (check the blog for pictures) to a FISH or
a BUNNY... However, now it is your turn to enter into the discussion.
Please email me if your child is allergic to fur, rabbits, etc. We want
to honor the health and well being of all students in our class. One
child told me she was allergic to fish, but I assured her we wouldn't be
eating or touching them! With that being said, if there is a fish
concern, please let me know!!!
